Kerala Tourism Vlog – Exploring God’s Own Country with Two World Tango
Welcome to a journey like no other—through the lush landscapes, serene backwaters, and vibrant culture of Kerala, as seen through the lens of Two World Tango. In our latest Kerala Tourism Vlog, we take you deep into the heart of “God’s Own Country,” uncovering hidden gems, indulging in authentic flavors, and immersing ourselves in unforgettable experiences.
Our vlog begins in Kochi, the
historic port city that blends colonial charm with a modern art scene. From
exploring the iconic Chinese fishing nets at Fort Kochi to the colorful street
art and heritage buildings, Kochi gave us the perfect cultural introduction to
Kerala. We visited local spice markets, interacted with warm-hearted locals,
and enjoyed a traditional Kathakali performance—an absolute must-see!
Next, we cruised through the
peaceful backwaters of Alleppey aboard a private houseboat. Surrounded by
swaying palm trees and sleepy villages, we witnessed rural life unfold at a
calm, rhythmic pace. The views were mesmerizing, and the food cooked by our
onboard chef—featuring Kerala-style fish curry and fresh appams—was truly
soul-satisfying.
A highlight of our trip was
Munnar, the hill station draped in tea gardens and misty valleys. We trekked
through lush trails, visited a tea museum, and sipped on some of the freshest
brews imaginable. Munnar was our escape into nature—a cool, green paradise
perfect for slow travelers and mountain lovers.
In Thekkady, adventure awaited us
at Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. Our vlog captures moments of spotting wild
elephants, exotic birds, and the dense beauty of Kerala’s forests. We also
tried bamboo rafting and learned about Kerala’s commitment to eco-tourism and
wildlife conservation.
No Kerala trip is complete
without soaking up the sun and waves at Varkala and Kovalam. These coastal
havens offered stunning cliffside views, Ayurvedic massages, and some of the
most magical sunsets we’ve ever filmed. The vibe was laid-back, and the ocean—endlessly
inviting.
Throughout the vlog, we also
highlighted Kerala’s rich culinary diversity, from banana leaf meals and
seafood delights to sweet payasam and spicy snacks. We featured local eateries
and even took part in a cooking class to understand the flavors behind the
magic.
At Two World Tango, we believe
travel is not just about places—it’s about people, stories, and the moments in
between. Our Kerala vlog is a celebration of slow travel, authentic connection,
and nature’s healing power.
